Cristiano Ronaldo Confirm Al-Nassr Exit in Shock Social Media Post

Cristiano Ronaldo has appeared to confirm that he will be leaving Al-Nassr after insinuating that his ‘chapter’ at the Saudi Arabian club is coming to an end. There has been speculation that the club are not looking to renew the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s contract, while there had also been suggestions that a temporary deal could be arranged to allow Ronaldo to compete in the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup.

While no further details have been provided, the former Real Madrid and Manchester United superstar’s online activity has strongly suggested that his groundbreaking time in the Middle East is nearing its conclusion.

Ronaldo first joined the club in 2023 following the termination of his contract at Manchester United, marking a landmark shift in the transfer market and opening the door for other big names — including Neymar, Sadio Mane and Karim Benzema — to also swap European football for the riches of the Saudi Pro League.

The forward continued his impressive form in front of goal despite being in the latter stages of his career, scoring 93 times in 105 appearances, while also providing 19 assists.

Despite this, Al-Nassr have failed to win the Saudi Pro League title in any of the three campaigns the striker has been involved in. They were top of the table when he first joined the club but finished second in both the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons. They then dropped to third at the end of the 2024/25 season, despite the addition of former Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran to partner Ronaldo and Mane up top.
