Welcome to Hoodtrends Predict. These terms explain the rules for using hoodtrendspredict.com (“the site”), including our free predictions and our VIP membership. By using the site, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Hoodtrends Predict, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses the site.
1. Who can use the site
- You must be 18 or older, and old enough to bet legally where you live, to use the site.
- Betting laws differ from country to country. It’s your responsibility to make sure betting is legal for you before you place any bet.
2. What we provide
- Hoodtrends Predict publishes football and basketball predictions, match previews, results, live scores, league tables and betting guides.
- We are not a bookmaker. We don’t accept bets, hold money for betting or pay out winnings. Any bet you place is between you and your bookmaker.
- Our predictions are opinions, not guarantees. Football is unpredictable, and any tip can lose. Please read our Disclaimer and Responsible Gambling page.
3. Free predictions
Our free tips, results, live scores and league tables are available to everyone without an account. We may change, add or remove free content, markets or pages at any time.
4. VIP membership
- What you get: access to the VIP dashboard, where we post VIP selections, plus email and notification alerts when new VIP tips are published. The number of tips, odds and markets vary from day to day.
- Price: VIP is a one-time payment. The price is shown on the VIP page and on the payment page before you pay, in your currency. Prices may change for new members, but a change never affects members who have already paid.
- “Lifetime” access means access for as long as Hoodtrends Predict runs its VIP service, with no renewal or monthly fee. It is for the account that paid, and isn’t transferable.
- Activation: VIP is normally activated automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. Crypto payments are activated once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
- No guarantee of results: VIP tips are opinions like our free tips. Paying for VIP does not guarantee winnings or profit.
5. Payments
- Card, bank transfer and mobile money payments are processed by Flutterwave. Crypto (USDT) payments are processed by NOWPayments. We never see or store your card details.
- For crypto payments, the network fee is paid by the sender, and you must send the exact amount shown on the payment page. An underpaid crypto payment may not activate VIP until the difference is settled.
- Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees, including currency conversion fees. These are outside our control.
6. Refunds
Because VIP gives you instant access to digital content, VIP payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you were charged twice for the same membership, or your VIP access could not be activated after payment, contact us within 14 days with the email on your account and your payment reference, and we’ll either activate your access or refund you.
7. Your account
- Give accurate details when you register, and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one person. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- If you forget your password, use “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
8. Sharing VIP content is not allowed
VIP tips are for the member who paid for them. You must not share, copy, resell or republish VIP tips, screenshots or slips, including in WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, social media or other websites. If we find that an account is sharing or reselling VIP content, we may suspend or close that account without a refund.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to help anyone else break the law;
- try to get into accounts, systems or parts of the site you aren’t authorised to access;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy large parts of the site;
- interfere with the site’s security or performance, or upload harmful code;
- pretend to be Hoodtrends Predict, or use our name or logo to promote anything without our written permission.
10. Emails and notifications
If you create an account, we’ll email you about your account and, for VIP members, new VIP tips. If you allow browser notifications, we’ll send notifications such as “today’s free tips are up”. You can turn notifications off at any time in your browser settings. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
11. Our content
Our original content, including articles, guides, match previews, page text, design and logo, belongs to Hoodtrends Predict. You may read and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission. Team names, league names and logos belong to their owners. We are not connected with, or endorsed by, any league, club or bookmaker.
12. Advertising and links to other websites
The site may show advertising, including ads from Google and other partners, and may contain links to other websites. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
13. Availability
We work to keep the site running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Tips, kick-off times, odds and live scores can change, and information from third-party providers can be delayed or wrong.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hoodtrends Predict is not responsible for any loss, including betting losses, lost profits or other financial loss, that results from using the site, following any prediction, or the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Ending or suspending access
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing VIP content, fraud or abuse of the site. You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting us.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
